You may return new and unused product purchased from this website for any reason within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging with proof of purchase (credit card receipt/statement, invoice, or packing slip). If the product you return meets these guidelines and you provide the proper documentation, we will refund your money, less shipping charges, via the credit card by which you originally made payment within 30 days. COD returns will be refused.
We take no responsibility for product returned to us that does not meet these guidelines. See also our service policy for return of defective goods.
Damaged and Defective Product
Product is said to be damaged if it was harmed while being shipped to your address. If it is obvious the goods were damaged while being shipped to you, please refuse delivery of goods from the shipper if possible. If you have already accepted receipt of goods before you discover they were damaged, please contact us immediately at 866-410-0921. Save all paperwork and packaging, and do not attempt to return the product without contacting us first. Failure to follow these steps may endanger our ability to make a claim on the carrier, and your ability to receive a refund.
Product is said to be defective if it is inoperable with respect to its intended use. See also our Service policies. If you think your product is eligible to be returned to us under our warranty policy, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Then write the RA number on a slip of paper and include that prominently near the top of the packaging, and return the product to us via UPS or FedEx and retain the tracking number. You are responsible for shipping charges and we cannot accept COD returns. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund your money using the credit card with which you originally made your purchase.
